Pastor Adeboye visits the king of Ile-Ife, Oonirisa Eniola Ogunwusi
To honour the pastor, the king offered him the highest royal chair, usually meant for the king
This is believed to be against the Yoruba culture
The founder and General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye visited the king of Ile-Ife, Oonirisa Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
The king, in his bid to showcase his belief that God is greater than all kings, decided to offer the highest royal chair to the RCCG pastor.
The king took the lowest seat beside the pastor while claiming there is no one greater than God.
There was reportedly a protest from Pastor Adeboye, but the king insisted the pastor can have his seat.
The Ooni reportedly insisted that Pastor Adeboye was representing God in his palace, hence deserved the greatest seat.
